Every BongSphere tee is printed after you order it. Here's what happens next and how to follow your parcel.
Where is my order?
- Order confirmed: you get a confirmation email right after you order.
- Printing (2-3 business days): your tee is printed and packed.
- Shipped: you get a shipping email with your tracking link. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show updates.
- Delivered: most orders arrive within 5-8 days of ordering.
3 ways to track
1. Use the tracking link in your shipping email
Search your inbox for "BongSphere" and open the shipping email. Check your spam or promotions folder too.
2. Check your account
Sign in to your account with the email you used at checkout. We'll send you a one-time code, with no password needed. You'll see all your orders and their live tracking status.
3. Ask us on WhatsApp
Send your order number (for example #1001) and we'll tell you exactly where your parcel is.

Parcel delayed?
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 days, or tracking hasn't moved for several days, message us and we'll follow up with the courier. If a parcel is lost, we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. See our Shipping Policy for details.
